These brackets allow the offsetting of road signs from their supporting posts. Typical reasons for their use include:    

  • Overcoming positioning difficulties with supporting posts

  • The need to project the sign closer to the road

  • The need to retract the sign away from the road

Our modular range will allow the attachment of a 76mm diameter offset post to a standard outreach. Alternatively, the customer can simply cut these outreach arms to size – providing any desired length in-between.

The corrosion resistance of the product will not be impaired by cutting - in addition to forming a physical barrier against corrosion, the zinc applied during hot-dip galvanizing cathodically protects exposed steel.



The standard finish is galvanised steel to BS EN ISO 1461.
All fastenings are stainless steel.
Two plastic caps are supplied with each bracket.

Brackets are stocked in galvanised form and we can also supply them over-painted in most RAL colours, although this extends the expected delivery period.
